Online registration is preferred.  However, if you prefer to Register by Mail, please email Coach Dalton, mwdalton@butler.edu or download the camp registration form and the emergency medical information form by clicking here.

In your email be sure to include the name of the camp you are interested in, your mailing address, camper's name and grade entering next fall.
