Youth campers ages 7-12 had a great time at our Bulldog Baseball Camps held this summer at FBA! Kids- bring one of your parents or a relative to have them see what kind of fun things we learned at camp! Parents- bring your baseball glove and wear your favorite athletic shoes… we’ll take care of everything else! Kids- invite a favorite friend and his/her parent to attend!
Campers and their “special guest” will go through a short warm-up and play some catch after getting instruction from Coach Farley. From there we’ll move into some of the favorite fun drills and games we used at camp this summer including tennis ball pop-ups, speed gun toss, sliding pad, pickle/hot box practice, hit-me relay, partner pitching practice, batting practice, screen ball and more! We’ll also play a Parents vs. Kids game with Coach Farley and staff as the pitchers! Parents- all activities are voluntary and we hope you’ll participate as much as you are comfortable with. There’s no pressure at this camp and you DON’T need to be an All-Star! We want to have fun… and you might learn a couple of things!
Kids- bring your baseball cap, glove and bat with you. The camp will supply batting helmets and catcher’s gear but if you have your own feel free to bring them with you. All participants should wear tennis shoes/sneakers to camp. We’ll change into baseball or athletic shoes at the baseball diamond. If you have questions, please contact camp director Steve Farley at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: In the event of inclement weather, we’ll use Sunday, August 6, 2pm to 5pm as our rain make-up day.
Maximum: First 20 kids to sign up.
These camps are open to any and all entrants and is limited only be age, gender and number.
